Fairport teacher Charged With DWI - 2 Kids In Car

Fairport, N.Y. - A Fairport woman is being charged under Leandra's Law after being arrested for driving while intoxicated.Sheriff's deputies say Caroline White was driving erratically on Route 251 in Victor and was pulled over.Tests revealed she was intoxicated with her 2- and 4-year-old children in the car.White is charged with two counts of felony DWI and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
