Queensbury man charged with DWI

QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury man was arrested late Saturday night for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

Jay Sherman was stopped on the Northway at 11 p.m. He was charged with two felonies of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and DWI with two previous convictions within 10 years, according to the New York State Police blotter.

He also faces a misdemeanor charge of using another vehicle without an interlock ignition device.
