Woman cited for DWI in deadly wreck had two prior convictions

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A 40-year-old woman was charged with driving while intoxicated in a crash that killed two people Tuesday in Northwest Austin. She had previously been convicted on two other DUI charges.

Police say Melissa A. Marshall was driving her 2009 Ford Escape northbound on the Research Boulevard service road about 2:30 p.m. when she collided with the passenger side of a Honda Civic traveling east along Balcones Woods Drive.
