Saline County deputy, Alexander Pratt, charged with DWI, failure to submit
According to an arrest report from the Hot Springs Police Department, Alexander Pratt, 31 of Benton, was arrested about 1:40 Tuesday morning.
The report states that an officer received a call about a vehicle leaving Maxine's bar about 1:25 a.m. As the officer located the vehicle and observed its actions, the officer noticed it crossed the center line twice. The reporting officer continued stating, " As I was about to activate my emergency lights, the vehicle turned right into the parking lot of 3B's Bar in the 600 block of Ouachita Avenue."
The driver, later identified as Pratt, exited the vehicle and the officer noted that Pratt was unsteady on his feet. As the officer got closer to Pratt, he noticed "a strong odor of intoxicants emitting from his breath and noted his eyes were bloodshot and glassy," according to the report.
