Woman charged with DWI after hit and run


QUEENSBURY - A Queensbury woman is facing multiple charges after driving away from an accident that left one man injured. That's according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
Gail M. Cook, 49, was charged with aggravated DWI, unsafe lane change, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Police say the victim in the accident, Tyler H. Carey, 35, was standing well off of Aviation Road outside of his 2004 Honda SUV when he was hit by a Chevrolet Blazer driven by Cook, who subsequently drove off.
