21-year-old Shannon Drake of Glens Falls is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI and failing to change lanes safely.
According to the Warren County Sherrif's office, Drake was stopped at 11:36 p.m. Saturday night after a crash on I-87 northbound near exit 21.
Investigators say Drake was driving north in a 2005 Pontiac and veered from the middle lane off the right shoulder and hit the guide lines. The car stopped about 300 feet down the lines.
